very interesting article, I wonder how long the UV5R would survive using a constant 4/5 watts output on something like SSTV for 2 minutes or plus.
ReplyDeleteDave - connect a battery eliminator and wire to a power supply. No need for batteries if you want continues use.

ReplyDeleteAlso do you think a programming cable with the usb cut off would work the same but require less soldering ? .
